As a trained Veterinarian who pivoted into organisational leadership, Jacqueline (Jackie) Rolander brings a unique, diagnostic approach to organisational health. Managing clinical environments taught her early on that success depends entirely on how well a system functions under pressure; when she transitioned into corporate leadership over a decade ago, she realized that companies operate much like those complex living systems. If one part is misaligned, the whole structure suffers.
Jackie’s corporate background includes over 10 years of practical HR experience, including nearly a decade as a corporate HR Manager, alongside two concurrent years managing operations. This foundation, paired with her credentials as a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) facilitator and a trained coach, allows her to bridge the gaps between people, strategy and strict operational execution.
Having navigated her own cross-cultural journey living and working across the Caribbean, Southern Africa, and Europe for over 20 years, Jackie has experienced global complexity firsthand. Throughout her HR career, she saw exactly where international teams break down. It is rarely a lack of talent; it is almost always a lack of cultural alignment and clear operational protocols. Crucially, she recognized how an international professional’s operational performance is deeply anchored by their family’s adaptation at home.
